Our dining rooms are open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-10:30 am. If we have houseguests during the week, breakfast is served 9am-10am Tuesday - Friday and a reservation is required.
Join us for lunch on Tuesday - Friday from 11:00-2:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 - 4:00 . Our daily lunch includes a cold special for $9.00 and a hot special that ranges from $9.00 - $15.00. Dinner is served Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
Attire for breakfast and lunch is casual, however dinner is a special occasion for many here and men usually wear a jacket, although a collared shirt and slacks are fine. We appreciate reservations whenever you dine at Chalet Suzanne.

For the first time in decades the Hinshaw's are pleased to offer a departure from our standard 'prix fixe' dining experience. Reaching a little deeper into our family's collection of recipes and enlisting the aid of top area chefs, a fresh new a la carte menu has been developed. We are also delighted to offer a wonderful prix fixe Chef's Presentation Dinner. Always something new... always something spectacular!
 Advantages of the new a la carte menu to you? Well, you may now enjoy the same wonderful quality for which the Chalet Suzanne is known while not having to fast before your arrival. Drop by for soup and sandwich, or choose just the appetizer for dinner. Another advantage with the a la carte menu is time. For decades our meals have been the main attraction, often lasting for two to three hours , but now you may enjoy our fine cuisine and still have time to make the show.
A gratuity is not necessary... a 20% service charge will be added to your check along with 7% sales tax. We also accommodate most restricted diets. Please call ahead and tell us what you require.
We offer one of the finest wine lists in the country (Wine Spectator Award) and have a full service bar along with our famous Wine Dungeon which is available for wine tasting each night before dinner.
