 February 14th — Valentine's Day. Where else can you say it better than Chalet Suzanne? Romance is in the air tonight. Bring your lady to Chalet Suzanne if you want the answer to be "Yes"! Our waitress staff is very experienced in presenting engagement rings at just the right time. Have it delivered in her drink, in a flower, in her dessert or we can even have a personalized dessert menu printed up with that "special" question. Perhaps some rose petals sprinkled in your guestroom or around your dining table... the list goes on and on. There must be 50 ways to ask "the" question at the romantic Chalet Suzanne. Just ask us for suggestions. |

| March 23rd — Easter Sunday. Join us after attending Sunrise Service at your favorite central Florida location. |

 March 29th — Breakfast Before the Arts. Join us for an art-filled morning with tearoom modeling, live music and art from around the world everywhere you look. Jewelry by Nancy will bring her artistic jewelry to show and sell in the living room. Breakfast is served from 8 until 10:30 with seatings every half hour. After breakfast enjoy the Lake Wales Art Show around beautiful Lake Wailes in Lake Wales. Hundreds of exhibits and artists will be on hand at the Art Show for your entertainment. |

 April 8th - 14th — Sun 'n Fun Fly-in. Airplanes and Chalet Suzanne go so well together.
April 10 — Aviator's Appreciation Barbeque. Just a $20 donation and "Boy, is it worth it!"

November 27th — Thanksgiving Day books up quickly at the Chalet Suzanne so make your reservations early. Delicious classic turkey and dressing are added to our regular menu as well as pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream and mincemeat pie. |

For this annual event, a benefit for Habitat for Humanity, we serve our fabulous full country breakfast. Prepaid reservations are required. $15.50 plus service charge and sales tax. |

 December - Date to be announced - "Tis the Season" Fly-in or cruise in with a classic or antique car. Bring two unwrapped gifts and receive one free lunch. (One free lunch per vechicle or airplane). Hours are 11:30 'till 2:30 pm. Reservations required with entree' selections. $15.00 plus tax & gratuity. Gifts to benefit The Lake Wales Care Center.

| December 31st — New Year's Eve. A tradition for over 75 years. Enjoy a sumptuous candlelight dinner, tableside magic by Scott Humston, then journey to the Swedish Bar and join in the countdown to the new year and a toast of champagne with the whole Chalet family, including Major Hart's now famous "little cannon". Next, get in line for the annual bunny hop through the kitchen at midnight to start the new year right with black-eyed peas and hoppin’ john. Make memories in "The Library" where we'll dance until we drop! |
